feel like a londoner

I was so excited when last Saturday, a Japanese tourist saw me on the street and ask me for directions. Me! Someone has identified me as a local which is exciting especially because I have only been living here for 11 days so far. Luckily, I was able to point her in the right directions. I felt proud. There are been a few times in the past when strangers approached me for directions and I was just was confused as they were since I was learning this town myself. This time was different. This time I was actually helpful.
